Moving from a small village to Pune, and then to Dubai, was a turning point in my life. With my husband, Dr. Dhiraj Jain, I co-founded 1XL Infra, a company dedicated to transforming Dubai’s urban landscape. Today, I’m fortunate to lead a team that is reshaping the city through real estate development that’s not just about buildings, but about creating spaces for people to live, work, and thrive.
At the heart of everything I do are four key values: Trust, Growth, Integrity, and Sustainability (TGIS). These values guide how we work at 1XL Infra, and they guide me personally as well. Real estate is built on trust, and I believe we can create long-lasting value in every project only by acting with integrity, fostering growth, and ensuring sustainability.

Success, to me, isn’t a finish line - it’s a continuous journey of growth, learning, and making a difference. Along this journey, I earned a PhD in FDI and Property Market Evolution and hold six patents in sustainable real estate - two awarded and four pending. Every step I take is driven by a desire to evolve, innovate, and contribute to a better world.
It’s not just about academic achievements for me; it’s about the real-world impact. Through my books, like Commercial Rental Cash Flow Simplified and The A To Z of Dubai Real Estate, I aim to share knowledge and provide actionable insights that help others navigate the world of real estate with confidence and clarity.
