5. Refund Policy

- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only within 7 days of the initial purchase (not renewals), provided the service has been used minimally (i.e., less than 10% usage).
- No Refunds After Service Use: Once the service has been accessed, no refunds will be issued, even within the 7-day window.

- Refund Eligibility: Refund requests may be made within 3 days of purchase, provided that the user has accessed less than 10% of the course content.
- No Refunds After Significant Content Access: Once more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

- Non-Refundable Tickets: Event tickets are non-refundable. However, you may request a transfer to another attendee if made at least 5 days before the event date.
- Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, a full refund or reschedule credit will be offered.
