- Full payment is required to confirm event

- Seats are allocated on
a first-paid, first-served basis,

Podcasts (Premium Subscriptions)
- Premium podcast
subscriptions are available with either monthly
or annual billing
cycles.
- These subscriptions are
non-refundable
once payment has been
processed, but users can cancel the auto-renewal at any

Travel Services
- Payment is due at the

4. Invoicing & Receipts
Upon successful payment, an

Users can also view and download billing history and

directly from their user dashboard for SaaS subscriptions, course

5. Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds

days of the initial
purchase (not renewals),
provided the service has been used minimally (i.e., less than
10% usage).
- No Refunds After Service

has been accessed, no refunds will be issued,

Online Courses

days of purchase,

accessed less than 10% of the course
