  • Physical Tickets: If physical ticket delivery is selected, tickets will be sent to the address provided during the booking process. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address. The Website is not responsible for undelivered tickets due to incorrect addresses.

  • Pick-Up Option: If the pick-up option for event tickets is selected, users must collect tickets within the specified time frame. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the ticket without a refund.
